Kadran is a French real estate startup who specializes in Dutch auctions, where the price goes down until someone bids when the price fits their criteria. This film is one of two produced for them, the other being an explainer for regular auctions.

I worked on these together with Mattey, working in collaboration from script to finish, be it designing still frames or animation. Our direction was to keep it clean and professional while still being smooth and round enough to not feel too impersonal. The story is a step by step of the buyers journey with an emphasis on how smooth and straightforward it is to buy with Kadran.
