Allohouston is a fictitious communication platform for the European Space Agency. It being a passion subject of mine I made this film as part of a hypothetical series on the why-s of space exploration in our age, what's the point? Where are we going? Etc...

It's meant to be for a social media campaign that would funnel people to a more complete informational website. It takes place in the larger spectrum of my end of studies dissertation on the subject of raising awareness on the subject of space exploration which was a commentary on the state of science communication today and the role of graphic and motion designers in that landscape. It finds relevancy now (5 years later) when Tiktok, Instagram reels and Youtube shorts are the dreamed place for such content.

This film summarizes what we're using the International Space Station for. It's also an exercise on minimal, sleek, seamless animation and visual language as well as using 3D for a 2D-feeling result.
